"I started personal training with Armando 3 weeks before my vacation to Costa Rica because I wanted to look good in a bathing suit and I couldn't believe how much I got in shape in that short amount of time. Of course he motivated me to come almost everyday and put me on a nutritional plan that started with a cleanse followed by a reasonable meal plan.

“When I first spoke to Armando, I felt we immediately clicked. I was very skeptical at first with working with other personal trainers when so many others failed to help me reach my goals. He was genuinely interested in getting to know ME, not just how much weight I wanted to lose or what size I wanted to be.

We initially worked out pretty slowly and concentrated on rehabing my shoulder from an old injury which has improved to the point that I barely even remember that it was injured at all.
